Thirty Three Collection Return and Refund Policy

We want every Thirty Three piece to feel exactly right on your wrist. If something is not perfect, we are here to make it right.

Changed your mind on size or color? We accept exchange requests within 30 days of confirmed delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is unworn and in its original, pristine condition

  • All original packaging, papers and accessories are included

  • You initiate the request by emailing us at 33@thirtythreecollection.com with your order number

We do not offer cash refunds, but we will diligently work to get you into the right piece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we highly recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once your item arrives back at our studio, we will process your exchange within 5 to 7 business days and send tracking your way.

Damaged or Defective Timepieces

If your piece arrives damaged or experiences a defect out of the box, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery. Send us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We will assess the issue and sort it out swiftly.

What We Cannot Exchange

We are unable to process exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, missing their original packaging, or where the request falls comes in after the 30-day window.

What powers a Thirty Three timepiece? Powering your timepiece requires relentless reliability, which is why we selected the Japanese Miyota 82S7 automatic movement. This world-class mechanical engine is celebrated for its durability and features an open-heart skeleton dial, allowing you to watch the literal heartbeat of your watch in real time.

Do I ever need to change a battery? The automatic movement winds itself naturally as you move your wrist. This completely eliminates the need for a battery, fusing traditional watchmaking with modern sustainability.

What happens if I do not wear the watch for a few days? The movement features a robust 42-hour power reserve, meaning it will keep ticking for almost two days off your wrist. If it does stop, simply giving the crown a few manual turns will instantly bring the mechanics back to life.

When will my order arrive? Your order will arrive anywhere in the world within 3 to 6 business days. We work with G4S, UPS, and DHL Express to provide fast and dependable service.

Will there be other Thirty Three collections? Expanding the Thirty Three vision goes beyond this initial launch. While the Founders Series is strictly limited, we will be introducing future lines, including a Classic and Metallica Collection. For our most dedicated patrons, acquiring the "Thirty Three Trilogy" (our first three unique watch collections) will unlock exclusive surprises and distinct recognition within our community down the line.

What is the Thirty Three Fund? Empowering the next generation of storytellers is built into our foundation. Proceeds from every watch sale go directly into the Thirty Three Fund to support creative projects. We brought this vision to life with our inaugural Thirty Three Film, engaging close to 50 creatives, producers, stylists, location scouts, actors, directors of photography, colorists, and sound engineers - a first-of-its-kind production in Africa.

Does the watch come with a warranty? Yes. Protecting your investment is important to us. Every Thirty Three watch comes with a standard 1 year manufacturer guarantee, covering any internal mechanical defects.
