Securing your purchase starts when placing an order, which is an offer to purchase. It becomes a confirmed sale once you receive an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and we do not store your payment details.

5. Pre-orders & The Founders Series

By placing a pre-order, you understand that your item will be dispatched on the confirmed date communicated at the time of purchase. Because limited releases like Chapter 1 are strictly allocated, pre-orders are final sale. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Everything on this site, including the Thirty Three name, logo, mark, product designs, photography, copy, and brand assets, belongs to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written consent.
