We want your ThirtyThree piece to reach you safely, quickly, and exactly as it left us. Here's everything you need to know.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (launches, campaigns) this may extend to 5 business days — we'll always communicate any delays by email.
Pre-orders ship on the confirmed dispatch date communicated at the time of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your order in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
ThirtyThree Collection ships delivery-duties-unpaid (DDU). This means any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We have no control over customs processing times, which can occasionally add delays beyond our estimates.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at 33@thirtythreecollection.com. We'll investigate with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions — but we'll always do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're unable to redirect shipments once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping costs will apply.
