Thirty Three Collection Shipping Policy

We want your Thirty Three timepiece to reach you safely, quickly, and exactly as it left our studio, in our designated packaging. Here is everything you need to know about its journey to your wrist.

Standard orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, this may extend to 5 business days, we will always communicate delays by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Shipping costs calculated at checkout)

East Africa: 3 to 5 business days

Rest of Africa: 7 to 14 business days

Europe & UK: 7 to 14 business days

North America: 10 to 16 business days

Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number – to follow your piece in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first before reaching out to us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Navigating international borders means Thirty Three ships delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We unfortunately do not have control over customs processing times, which can occasionally add delays beyond our estimates.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Resolving transit issues is a priority. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 4 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at 33@thirtythreecollection.com. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve it swiftly. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once they are dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, though additional shipping costs will apply.
